This class will explore the philosophy behind midwifery-led units and outcomes and statistics from Imperial Birth Centres. We will discuss antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care on the birth centres, including antenatal appointments, when to call the midwives, what to bring in and the support you will receive during labour and following the birth of your baby.
This online class is held over Microsoft Teams and will last around an hour depending on questions! Please mute your mics to avoid echo but we would love to see cameras on!
This class is for families booked with Imperial Maternity, attendance is recommended at around 36 weeks gestation.
