Will there be food and drink?

The venue has a bar which sells non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as well as light bites.

Is the venue accessible?

All of the spaces are wheelchair accessible, as are the entrance and toilets. There are lifts to any activities on other levels. Please note that if you want to visit the Imperial Lates at a quieter time of the event, the event is least busy from 18.00-19.00 and 20.30-21.00.

Imperial Lates are in the main entrance of Imperial College London’s South Kensington campus on Exhibition Road. If you're using an app like Google Maps or CityMapper, then enter 'Imperial College Business School Cafe'. You can find the entrance with what3words at debate.party.plenty.

Is there a programme?

We send out a detailed programme with more information and timings in the week leading up to the event to everyone that has registered via Eventbrite. The event is drop-in but there are some timed activities taking place which are first-come first-served.
