Ready to take your Reformer Pilates practice to the next level? Our exclusive Confident Beginners Reformer Pilates Course is designed for those who have some experience with reformer Pilates and want to deepen their technique, build strength, and refine their control.

Classes will run every Sunday from 6th April - 4th May 2024 at 3pm.

PLEASE NOTE: There will not be a class on Sunday 20th April for Easter

This course will challenge and strengthen your body through progressive full-body workouts, focusing on enhancing your technique, increasing endurance, and building confidence in more advanced movements. We’ll incorporate dynamic sequences, resistance variations, and deeper core engagement, with modifications available to suit your level.

This will be an incredibly intimate class where you'll receive personalised one on one attention, connect deeply with your body, and build lasting relationships within a supportive community.

About the faciltator:

Torah is a registered Physiotherapist and a certified Pilates instructor. She works within the Musculoskeletal area, which can also involve reformer pilates typically for lower back pain, core strengthening and pre/post-natal care.

Her aim is to provide alternative movement through reformer pilates and to make it accessible for all bodies, genders and levels of experiences. Beginners to advanced are welcome to have a great time on the reformer and discover how powerful their bodies are!
