- Apply equitable action frameworks and shift from equality to equity.
- Recognise and address systemic issues like sexism, racism, colonialism, and more.

This programme is ideal for leaders who are ready to:
- Drive transformative DEI efforts within their organisations.
- Deepen their understanding of intersectionality and equity.
- Take bold, informed action against systemic oppression.
How does the Pay What You Can' model work?
Our 'Pay What You Can' model ensures the Design for Inclusion (DFI) programme is accessible to everyone committed to advancing DEI in their workplaces and communities. Please select a tier that aligns with your DEI budget:
- Tier 1: £250+VAT – For individuals or small non-profits (under 50 employees).
- Tier 2: £500+VAT – For large non-profits or micro businesses.
- Tier 3: £750+VAT – For businesses with 50-1000 employees.

Engaging with and discussing inequities can be challenging and emotional, especially for those directly affected. We encourage you to prioritize self-care throughout the programme. This may include taking a break or turning off your camera if needed.
The programme includes specific examples of harmful ideas, laws, policies, and actions that marginalize communities. These examples are used to understand and disrupt inequity. However, participants will never be asked to share personal experiences unless they choose to.

Frequently asked questions
All are welcome, though this programme is aimed at leaders.
To minimise food waste and accommodate all dietary requirements, we ask that participants provide their own breakfast and lunch each day of the programme. We will provide small snacks (fruit, pastries etc.) during coffee breaks.
At Fearless Futures we promote a “come as you are” philosophy to our in-person workshops. It is important to us that you are comfortable throughout the DFI, and as such we do not enforce a business dress code. We recommend you dress in layers, as temperature control in the space may be varied.
This workshop will be conducted in English. We cannot offer interpretation of other languages at this time.
Using the 'Pay What You Can' model, we hope to make the DFI financially accessible to all who are committed to furthering DEI in their communities and workplaces. Where possible, we ask that you select a tier that is proportionate to your DEI budget. For queries, contact events@fearlessfutures.org.
Tickets are non-refundable

We do not provide certificates after our trainings. We can however provide confirmation of attendance if required. Please email events@fearlessfutures.org within seven calendar days of your programme if you require this.
Given that there may be immunocompromised people among participants, facilitators and those they care for, we will be encouraging a 'lateral flow test before you come' approach to this programme in the spirit of collective care.
