Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you may need to cancel or transfer your event registration, please make every effort to inform us about a possible cancellation at the earliest opportunity. Our cancellation terms are provided below:
• Registrations are transferrable without any charge, but notification must be received in writing to events@diamond.ac.uk no less than 30 days prior to the event start date. Failure to do so would result in a cancellation.
• If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the event start date, the attendee will be refunded the full amount of the ticket, less the Eventbrite Admin fees.
• If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event start date, 100% of the registration fee will be retained by the organiser. No refund will be made for non-attendance.
• Cancellations must be notified in writing to the event Organisers – events@diamond.ac.uk. All eligible refunds will be made by the method of original payment via Eventbrite.
