Immerse yourself in two blissful hours of nourishment for your mind, body, and soul this July as we gather to pause, slow down, and connect amidst the busyness of summer. Expect a serene evening filled with time among the trees, the warmth of cacao, and stories shared around the fire and journaling. Together, we will tune into the seasonal energies and reflect on what nature teaches us at this time of year.

This month, we break from our tradition of gathering in Little Rituals and instead invite you to our enchanted woodland space - The Wise Woods Project in Box. This is a little taster of our seasonal days which are facilitated by Michelle and Sue from The Wisdom Space. Together, they bring a wealth of skills and experience in ageing, nutrition, forest bathing, meditation, eco-psychology, storytelling, and group facilitation.

Space is limited to 15 to ensure we all fit around the firepit, so book quickly as this will sell out fast!

Frequently asked questions

Is there any parking?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the site itself and on the road outside. We do encourage life shares and will ask attendees to let us know if they are happy to offer this.

Is there any public transport?

The nearest bus stop from Bradford on Avon is about 10-15 minutes walk away. The nearest train station is Bradford on Avon and this has a taxi rank outside. It will take about 12 minutes in a taxi. We're very happy to try and coordinate lift shares if you need one!

Is the venue accessible?

There is a flat walk (on gravel) from the car park into the main area we will be using. However, we will be also enjoying the woodland which is on gradient and accessed via steps or a slope. Please contact us if you have any concerns on accessibility and we'll do our very best to make this work.

Why is this donation based?

We run as a non-profit and want to ensure that our events are as accessible as possible. The suggested donation covers our costs and allows us to make a donation to our speaker's chosen local charity. It also helps fund a bursary for concessionary spaces.

Will there still be a welcome drink?

Yes! We will have herbals teas available on arrival as well as a delicious cacao made with dairy-free milk for everyone.

Why can't I buy more than one ticket at a time?

This is the way Eventbrite have programmed donation-based tickets. It prevents people from booking all of the tickets and paying nothing.

What time do I arrive?

The event starts at 7.30pm promptly and you're welcome to arrive from 7pm so you can settle into the space with a drink and meet other like minds in the community. We're a friendly bunch so you'll be greeted by smiling faces whether it's your first time or you're a regular.

Can I pay on the door?

No. All tickets must be booked through eventbrite so that we can manage capacity and ensure that all event communications are received. All tickets are donation based but you are welcome to message us directly if you prefer to pay by cash.

What facilities do you have at the woods?

We are off-grid but have mains drinking water and compost loos. In case of bad weather, we have shelters and a stable with a log burner.

What if it is cold and wet?

We have access to various shelters and The Stable to protect us from the elements and a fire pit for warmth. However, we recommend that you bring warm and waterproof clothing for inclement weather and will send out a suggested kit list nearer the time.

Can I get a refund?

You are automatically entitled to a refund if we cancel, move or reschedule the event. We realise life is not always predictable so also offer a refund up to 7 working days before the event starts or if we are able to re-allocate your ticket after this time.

What if I have an allergy or additional needs

Please let us know! We do our very best to accommodate all needs to make sure this space is open to all.
