In this welcoming introductory class, I’ll guide you through a dynamic mix of movement, breathwork, and meditation, all set to uplifting music.

We’ll start with a short talk on what makes Kundalini yoga unique, followed by 40–45 minutes of practice, and we’ll end with a deep relaxation.

Afterwards, you're invited to stick around for tea, coffee and a friendly chat.

Frequently asked questions

How physically demanding is it?

This class will be a gentle introduction. Whilst kundalini yoga can be physically challenging (in a good way!), this is planned to be suitable for beginners - even those who have never done any form of yoga.

What else should I know about what will be required physically?

You will be asked to sit and / or kneel on a mat for most of the class - if you're unable to sit cross-legged then you're welcome to adjust the seating position so that you're comfortable. You will also be invited to lie down on your back on the mat for the relaxation part of the class.

Will a yoga mat be provided?

Yes, though you're welcome to bring your own if you have one.

What should I bring with me?

These are optional: A blanket (to pull over you during relaxation), a cushion if this will make sitting cross-legged more comfortable for you, and a water bottle.

Can I park at the venue?

Meter parking is available on Berkeley Square, or West End long stay car park is a 6min walk away.
