On Tuesday 3 June Salford City Council and the Digital Inclusion team will be hosting a special event at HOST Media City to celebrate our amazing Digital Champion volunteers! We want to show our appreciation for all the hard work and dedication they put into helping others navigate the digital world. Let's come together to honor these incredible individuals and enjoy an engaging morning with informal chats and light refrehments. Don't miss out on this opportunity to thank our volunteers and celebrate their impact on our community!

  • Take a tour of HOST’s Immersive Lab
  • Test technology that supports digital inclusion and well-being
  • Learn about the impact the Digital Champions have made in the community, hearing from some of our Digital Champions and the organisations they have been supporting.
  • Provide networking opportunities for volunteers and partner organisations seeking placements
