Jonathan Levav is a professor of marketing at Stanford School of Business in California, which has a longstanding relationship with ‘the Valley’. Through his research into consumer behaviour and work alongside some of the most innovative businesses in the world, he has identified patterns that any business, no matter their sector, can use to generate both incremental and disruptive innovations.
