The most powerful tool we possess is our conscious awareness. As spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle reminds us, it's our strongest defense, our greatest guide, and a potent force for self-healing.
During our cacao and gong ceremony, we will cultivate deeper conscious awareness with:

🌈 Cacao Healing: enjoy a cup of pure organic ceremonial cacao, traditionally brewed in the Mayan way as taught to Sorrell (Plant Spirit Medicine Woman) by indigenous Guatemalan Cacaoistas, and we'll embark on a journey of blissful mind, body, spirit healing. This magical elixir can assist us in activating our shamanic brain and facilitate a deep meditative shift in consciousness. It helps to physically heal our brain and emotional chemistry balancing neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, promoting feelings of love through oxytocin release, and offering pain relief and muscle relaxation with anandamides and magnesium.
💖 Gentle Gong Healing: During our full moon cacao ceremony, you will be immersed in a soothing 1-hour Shamanic Sound Bath & Gong Healing. Sorrell's collection of gongs, chimes, flutes, rattles and singing bowls will transport you on a sound journey unlike any other. Sorrell is an experienced and professionally trained Sound Healer with Shamanic skills which infuse into all her sound healing events.
Duration: This Sunday afternoon ceremony spans approximately 2.5 hours, beginning at 6 PM and concluding at 8.30 PM.
Guided Experience: No prior experience is needed. Sorrell will guide you through every step, holding space and assisting with integration.
