Currently, this class is for 16 years old and above. We do not currently offer a children's class.

Do I need to bring anything?

You will not be required to bring in any equipment. You need appropriate clothing and good shoes!

Can any kids sit in the class?

We are strictly only allowing females and will not be allowing kids to enter as it is only a limited area.
