Our beautiful space is welcoming you all.
A Chakra tune up and alignment, deep meditation and a feeling of lightness is planned for you. Its going to be incredible
I have been working with Cacoa on and off for over 10 years and recently fell back in love with this wonderous plant. I look forward to sharing some with you before we go into the practice. It is gentle, heart warming and expansive.
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. We experience the transformative powers of movement and meditation, then move into a Sound Healing with the Moon Gong. You lay down comfortably, get cosy and relax while the vibration and sound waves of the Gong work on the subtle body like a massage without being touched.. You don’t have to do a thing.
It is the perfect time to meditate, manifest your dreams and shine your light by connecting deeply with your creative energy force.
Tapping in and attuning to the Kundalini energy within. An insightful and playful class with guided meditation and mantras.
If you are totally new to the practices.. welcome! No experience or knowledge needed.
You are welcome to stay after class for a cup of Yogi tea and chat.
