Just like any other positive habit, laughter can be practised and brought into our lives by choice. This practical introduction to laughter yoga will be packed with insights and tools to inspire you to make time for laughter in your life.
Whether you’re a student, a busy parent or carer, or a retiree looking to try new things, this gathering will bring us together for a much-needed dose of laughter, play, and community.
You will be guided through fun, exploratory breathing, relaxation, mindful movement, and laughter exercises. These are simple to follow and can be done in exactly the way that feels possible and good for you and your body. You will get a taste of an array of ways to self-induce laughter by choice and learn how a regular laughter practice can help you cultivate your everyday happiness and feel both embodied and empowered in your day-to-day life.

Flora Wellesley Wesley is a dancer, Laughter Yoga leader and biodynamic craniosacral therapist who has been on a deep embodied dive into ways of inducing natural highs and regulating the nervous system since 2016. Flora has become passionate about supporting people into more compassionate, sensuous and playful relationships with themselves and the world.
