We’re delighted to announce we're partnering with Labour in Communications to host a parliamentary reception celebrating women across the Labour movement, kindly supported by Hanover Communications and Electrical Safety First. Taking place on Monday 28th April, 18:45 - 20:30, in the Attlee Suite in Parliament, this event will bring together women from Public Affairs and Communications with Labour MPs, staffers, and supporters. You'll hear opening remarks from the Rt. Hon Anneliese Dodds MP, former Minister for Women and Equalities, alongside other incredible Labour female speakers.

Women in Public Affairs

As in most industries, women, though well represented in the lower and middle echelons of the public affairs world, are under-represented in top posts. There are some incredibly successful and inspirational women at the top in public affairs, but many more who aspire to get there and struggle to achieve it.

Launched by women in the latter group and supported by women in the former, the Women in Public Affairs Network is an opportunity for women from across the industry to come together in an informal setting, to share experiences, offer advice and support and explore how we can work together to help smash the glass ceiling.

Anyone working in public affairs is welcome to attend our events.
