Looking to sharpen up your skills or could it be you have always fancied figure drawing but didn’t know quite where to start? Fall into the safe hands and eagle eyes of well-known artist and tutor Suzanne Kemplay for a half day Masterclass.
This month we will be exploring figure drawing with charcoal, with a focus on the weight, shape and form of the figure. Charcoal can be rubbed, smudged, formed and erased. Abandoning some of the control we have with a pencil, charcoal has long been used for creating a more solid form within the figure.
Expect a range of shorter poses and longer poses and you can be guaranteed to have black fingers by the end of the day.

This session is suited to all levels, over 18s only.
