Do I need to be able to meditate?

The gong bath is perfect for those who feel they can't meditate. The journey to meditative states of mind is effortless, you just need an open mind. The shamanic journey is best for those who have some experience of meditation but can work just as well as long as you remain open to the experience.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow. A eye mask is also recommended. There will be some available so please request this when you book your space. I would recommend bringing layers in case the weather is not on our side and for when the temperature drops later on.

Do I need to prepare anything

It would be useful to consider what it is you would like to experience more/ less of in life in order to set intentions and get the most out of this experience.
