Gavin Cooper discusses living with borderline personality disorder (BPD), his journey to recovery, and how he uses his experiences to help others who are struggling with their mental health.

Is the centre accessible?

The building is all on the ground floor and is accessible throughout with automatic doors to enter the building, and has an accessible bathroom.

Can I bring my dog?

We only allow service dogs into the centre. If you are bringing a service dog, please let us know this, and in what other ways we can make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Where are you located?

We are located at the far end of the car park in between Sainsburys on the market and the Lighthouse charity shop, in-between Jacks the Barbers and Guthrie's Accountancy.
