Join us at the V21 Pottery to make memories, and worms, with your little one(s).
Our V21 Pottery studio is located at the V21 Sbectrwm Centre in Fairwater, Cardiff. Overlooking our community garden it's a peaceful, relaxed space to get creative with clay and a great way to spend a Saturday. Our sessions are fun and friendly, and suitable for complete beginners and more experienced potters alike.
Our plant pot worms are a best-seller and a cult classic amongst our regular customers, as well as being a lovely, fun thing to make. Under the guidance of our expert instructors you will work together to create a family of 4 unique and quirky worms from stoneware clay using various hand-building pottery techniques. Our V21 Pottery Team will then fire and glaze them for you and have them ready to collect within 4 weeks.
One ticket admits one adult and one child, with add-ons available if you would like to bring an extra little person. Recommended minimum child age is 7 years old. Maximum 2 children per accompanying adult.
Good to know:
Plant pot worms x4 per ticket (approx 15 - 20 cm long each).
Materials and tools will be provided on the day.
Your creations will be fired and glazed by our V21 Pottery team and ready for you to collect within 4 weeks.
Minimum child age 7 years, maximum 2 children per adult.
Free parking available on site, with close train and bus routes.
Complimentary tea, coffee and squash provided.
Please note: pottery making can get messy, you will be provided with an apron but it is advisable to wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty.
As a charity and social enterprise we invest all profits into our V21 projects, supporting people with learning disabilities to realise their potential. We reserve the right to cancel experiences where ticket sales to not meet the minimum requirement. 7 days notice will be given.
