Can I transfer my ticket to another day ?

Accepted Answer

TICKET TRANSFERS if you need to change your ticket (s) from Saturday to Sunday or the other way round email erickhen123@gmail.com and I will change it for you. or call 07990 874699 I just need the email address you used to buy the ticket. Transfers are free.

Question 2

Do children need a ticket ?

Accepted Answer

Accompanied under 12s are free and do not need a ticket. Over 12 years need to buy a full price ticket. We reserve the right to limit accompanied under 12s to a maximum of 2 children per accompanying adult.

Question 3

Can I reserve a place in the talks ?

Accepted Answer

It is not possible to reserve a place in any of the talks.  Occasionally a talk may be oversubscribed and we will be unable to accommodate all of the people who want to attend. Talks in ROOM 1 usually have plenty of space, talks in ROOM 2 and 3 may get  full, especially in the middle of the day.

Question 4

Can I pay on the door ?

Accepted Answer

We are a Ticket only event, limited to 1200 visitors over the weekend. Once we reach the limit we have to refuse entry for health and safety reasons.
We sometimes have a few tickets for sale on the day, but we recommend buying tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Question 5

How do I get a refund ?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are  available up to 7 days before the event date. Use the request refund button on your tickets page or  email erickhen123@gmail.com. Regrettably we are unable to process refunds within 7 days of the event date.
