A complete pregnancy & birth preparation course for you and your partner.

Taught across 4 Tuesday evenings (May 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th 2025).

A face to face group course in Tring, Hertfordshire (close to Leighton Buzzard, Berkhamsted, Aylesbury & Hemel).

Class sizes are limited to ensure you feel comfortable asking questions.

Hypnobirthing is for ALL births, not just natural or homebirth or water births.

Challenging your perceptions, growing your confidence and using simple techniques for a more positive birth.

Learn about your birthing body and how to work with it.

Understand all of your options and give your birth partner the confidence to support you fully and help you work with your caregivers.

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to book a Hypnobirthing course?

Any time from week 20. The earlier you book, the more time to practice the techniques. The closer to your due date and the fresher everything can be in your mind. My support continues until your baby is born, so if you book early and then have questions, I am always available.

How does a face to face course differ from an online?

Both have benefits. A face to face course ensures you dedicate time each week to thinking about your birth. It makes you accountable. It gives you the chance to ask questions relevant to your pregnancy and if things change after an appointment, it helps guide you with personalised support.

Brighter Birthing run group Hypnobirthing Antenatal Classes in Hertfordshire & teach privately in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire.

We run 4 weekly courses on a Tuesday evening, 2 weekly courses on Sundays. We also offer Pregnancy Relaxation Classes & a Post-Natal Support Group.

In addition to this, we sit on the Maternity Voices Partnerships for both Stoke Mandeville Hospital & Watford General and co-run the Tring & Aylesbury Positive Birth Movement meetings.
