⭕️ You are invited to bring a photograph of yourself as a child or a teenager, whatever you feel most called to.
⭕️ Loose comfortable clothing is recommended.
⭕️ A water bottle, journal & pen is recommended.
⭕️ Yoga mats & bolsters will be provided. For extra comfort during the Yoga Nidra meditation, you are welcome to bring a blanket & an eye mask.
