GETTING HERE:

By car - there will be ample parking available onsite, with a team of stewards to guide you. Parking is free!

By public transport - The closest train station is Elstree and Borehamwood. We then recommend a 4 minute cab from the station for ease!

ACCESSIBILITY

We are trying our best to accommodate accessibility needs - please mention on your booking if you require blue badge parking. If you require a carer to come with you, we are happy to welcome them for free. We will ask this during your booking. There are accessible routes around the festival, and we will try to ensure there is seating dotted around everywhere. We're also happy to hear from you if there's anything else you need!

Email hello@meetcutecollective.com for more infromation.

WEATHER

It's an outdoor festival, but our main stage is under a tent, there will be many places under gazebos and our woodland stage is covered by the canopy of the trees. Still, English weather will do what it does!

We've worked hard to provide a huge lineup of amazing authors and experts, a warm and friendly community and the chance to nerd out over books, at a really affordable price for the whole day. We appreciate your feedback, and hope you'll join us!

Frequently asked questions

Can I book both add-on masterclasses?

No, as the masterclasses are at the same time, please only book one!

Is everything included in the festival price?

Apart from masterclasses, which are bolt-ons to be added when you buy your ticket (and start before the festival officially opens) everything on site is included, all workshops, talks and 121s. The only things that cost on the day are from independent retailers like stalls, nail painting etc.

Why do I have to buy a reusable cup at the bar?

We do a 'hire a cup' - you pay a small deposit for use of our branded plastic cup for the day, and at the end you can return it and get your money back, or you can keep it as a souvenir! It helps us limit plastic use on the day, and keep drinks prices down!

Is there water on site?

Bring your water bottles, there's a drinking water fountain to top them up. Key on a hot day!

Are there disabled access toilets?

There are! These are set back from the other toilets and will be marked on the map, or any of our friendly helpers can direct you.
