Melton Motor Pageant - Clubs

The inaugural Melton Motor Pageant is a classic motoring event that will be held on Sunday 10th August 2025 at Play Close Park and New Park, Melton Mowbray.

Organised by A-ME Event Management in partnership with the Melton Mowbray Town Estate the Melton Motor Pageant will host classic vehicles, along with showcasing the classic clubs within the region.

Trade stands, autojumble, vintage stalls, live music from the bandstand, food stalls and fun fair will make this a great day out for all the family!

DISPLAY YOUR VEHICLE FOR FREE - ENTRY IS FOR THE VEHICLE, DRIVER AND 1 PASSENGER. SPACE IS LIMITED SO BOOK NOW!

All club and display vehicles must be 2010 or older. An entry ticket for the vehicle, driver and 1 adult is free (under 14's are also free) but you will need to book your ticket as space is limited. You can book additional adult passengers at the advance public entry price through your club access code.

If you are a member of a club and have not yet requested an access code to book your tickets please email motorpageants@a-me.co.uk with your club details. If your club already has a code issued but you do not know it, you will need to contact your club admin for the code to book your tickets.

FAQ’s

Credit/debit cards can be used on the gate.

Dogs are allowed on the show site but must be kept on a lead. Please ensure you clean up after your dog.

Tickets are non-refundable and not transferable. If you are buying the tickets on behalf of someone else please enter the lead visitors name when prompted. They should bring the confirmation email, ticket and relevant ID to confirm they're the named recipient given during the order.

Tickets are emailed out to you upon confirmation of payment. Please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you have not received your ticket please contact our team at motorpageants@a-me.co.uk or call our helpline on 07375 554420.

Your vehicle pass will be issued to you on email the week prior to the event - you will need to print the pass and hang it from your rearview mirror to assist marshals in directing you to your club stand.
