Come along to our Menopause Event on Saturday 17th May, 10.30am until 1pm, at the Sutton Mental Health Foundation's hall, to find out more about managing your menopause symptoms.
We will start the day with a Menopause Yoga session. The Menopause Yoga specialist will guide you through different yoga poses to help relieve different menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, insomnia and muscle cramps.
The yoga session will be followd by an informative talk from local female GPs providing information about services locally and practical advice,
