Join us for an afternoon connection, reflection, and growth in a supportive space designed for men of all backgrounds. This gathering is an opportunity to escape daily pressures, share experiences, and explore personal and collective well-being through open discussion, movement, and mindfulness practices.
Activity: Men will design a project on our 4-acre site and work together to plan and construct a structure from recycled materials.
What to Expect:
🔹 Check-in & Sharing Circle – A chance to express, listen, and support one another.
🔹 Embodied Practices – Gentle movement, breathwork, or grounding exercises.
🔹 Reflection & Discussion – Exploring themes like purpose, resilience, relationships, and emotional well-being.
🔹 Connection to Nature – Weather permitting, we will incorporate an outdoor element, aligning with the land and seasonal rhythms.
