If life feels a bit overwhelming and you’re craving a way to slow down and find some calm, join us for a relaxed and friendly workshop on Mindful Photography. This isn’t about taking perfect photos or having the right gear — it’s about using your camera (or smartphone) to help you pause, breathe, and really notice the world around you.

Over two hours, we’ll explore how simple mindfulness techniques can turn photography into a way to ease anxiety and focus on the present moment. We’ll start with a bit of gentle guidance on seeing light, patterns, and small details that often go unnoticed. Then we’ll head outside for a slow, unhurried photowalk, where you can practice what you’ve learned without any pressure.

This workshop is all about enjoying the process, embracing imperfection, and discovering how photography can help you feel more grounded and connected.

In this workshop, you’ll:

• Learn easy ways to use photography to calm a busy mind.

• Practice simple mindfulness techniques to help with stress and anxiety.

• Discover how to find beauty in ordinary moments.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or just want a different way to slow down, we’d love for you to join us. Spaces are limited, so save your spot today!
