Mindful Pilates is like a moving meditation, it combines Pilates and Feldenkrais: awareness through movement. In these sessions, you will work on easing tension in the hips, back, shoulders and neck. Through gentle and attentive movement, you will also be developing strength, calm and flexibility while you are working from home.

By the end of the course you should be able to:

● Develop more postural awareness

● Practise mindful movement to ease tension and stress

● Increase strength and flexibility

● Select some mindful movements for your daily self-care practice


What else should you know:

In the majority of the sessions you will be moving while lying on a mat or blanket. Occasionally you will be sitting in a chair. We recommend you wear comfortable, and loose clothing for the sessions

***If you register, please make sure you attend. If you need to withdraw your registration, please do so at least 3 days before the training so that we can offer your place to someone else. Otherwise, you are preventing another tutor’s opportunity to attend.***
