Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is all on the ground floor and has accessible toilet facilities.

Question 2

Can I bring children to the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however anyone entering the hall must have a ticket. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Question 3

Can I bring and drink alcohol?

Accepted Answer

No, this is a family-friendly event, and alcohol is prohibited. Anyone found to be consuming alcohol will be asked to leave.

Can I bring my own food/drink into the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however we would ask that all attendees please be responsible for any   mess made, practice good hand hygiene (no one likes a greasy token or script), and be especially mindful of allergies.

What food options will be available?

The event will not be providing food, however New Bradwell High Street (2 minute walk) boasts a number of takeaways and a Co-op.

How do I get to the venue?

Wolverton train station is 0.6 miles from the venue, and there are regular buses from the station (and Milton Keynes Central station) to New Bradwell (St James Church bus stop). We would encourage everyone to use public transport where possible. The post code for sat nav is MK13 0DA.

Question 7

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

Whilst we do encourage everyone to use public transport, there are around 20 car parking spaces at the venue, and on street parking is also available in the surrounding area.

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

Accepted Answer

No, tickets are only purchasable via the eventbrite site and ticket sales will close the evening before the event begins.

I have lost/deleted my ticket, what can I do?

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances e.g. accidents or events outside the control of the organisers or ticket buyer.
