Heal or prevent chronic illness and support emotional wellbeing.

Soothe, Heal, Connect through chair and standing movement, meditation and compassionate connection

Healing Movement that allows you to feel and tune-in to yourself

Movement that meets you where you are whatever your level of physical ability

Movement that slows and soothes you creating ease in body and mind

Movement that feels safe and resets your nervous system (the root of most chronic illness) for health, healing and happiness

This class sheds light upon unhealthy self-harming patterns so you can cultivate healthy patterns of self-warmth and care

It is gentle, accessible, at your pace, inclusive and deeply self-caring


As we open to ourselves we may feel to open to others and this session closes with a compassionate reflection and listening space to connect and share without judgment.

Do I need to attend all the sessions?

It is recommended that you plan to attend 5 out of 6 sessions at the outset. Attending all sessions will allow you to truly see the benefits that are possible for your wellbeing and symptoms. If you wish to book single sessions please email me.

Are sessions recorded?

No the live sessions are not recorded however written session summaries are provided by email

Do I need to have my camera on during sessions?

We ask that you plan to participate with your camera on for 75% of the session. Camera off for short screen breaks and during guided practise is perfectly fine as is changing position or moving away from the screen at any time
