Transitioning from primary to secondary school is a particularly significant change for children. Learning about change and how to cope with it, will help children with this particular transition as well as prepare them for many other changes and challenges they will face in life. Helping children build resilience and allowing them to have a chance to try out different coping skills and methods and find the ones that work for them is a really good starting point.
