You are welcome to attend this forum regardless of where you live in Ireland or the UK, if you are prepared to travel to attend then we will be more than happy to see you. You are very welcome to bring family and friends with you. There is no fee to attend, complimentary refreshments and a buffet lunch will be served during the day. This forum will also be live-streamed to an online audience and recorded.
The programme will feature talks from specialist haematologists, and specialist haematology nurses based in Cork, Dublin and London, and MPN patient speakers sharing their MPN journey. The programme will also include a Q&A session for the audience, both in-person and online, to ask questions. The programme will also include breakout groups where ET, MF and PV patients can meet in smaller groups to discuss everyday challenges and swap tips. There will also be a family and friends group where partners/family/friends can meet to discuss the challenges faced by the patient and themselves.
