About the Speakers

Thomas Gustinis
AI entrepreneur Thomas Gustinis brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of banking, finance, and AI-powered digital transformation. As Co-Owner & CEO of 4th-IR and Chairman of the Trestle Foundation, Thomas champions AI innovation that drives efficiency and better decision-making. With a background in senior finance roles, including CFO and COO positions, he is also recognised for pioneering work in cognitive healthcare, receiving awards such as the Swiss Tell Award and Entrepreneur of the Year (Michigan).

Tey Bannerman
An innovator who speaks the languages of technology, design and business, Tey has spent over two decades helping organisations launch and scale transformative products and services. His career journey spans startups, creative agencies, and enterprises - and he now serves as Chief Product Officer at Planda, where he focuses on driving innovation and AI transformation at scale. His work helps organisations navigate the intersection of innovation, user needs, and responsible technology deployment.

Stuart Cheetham
As CEO of MQube and MPowered Mortgages, Stuart Cheetham is reimagining the mortgage experience through data and automation. Formerly Regional CEO of Lloyds Bank in Asia, Stuart brings a wealth of experience from global digital transformation projects. His unique understanding of both banking and technology enables him to steer MQube's mission to deliver faster, more certain lending journeys.
