A dedicated fitness instructor passionate about helping people prioritise their health. I believe exercise isn't just about physical fitness - its essential for mental well-being too. As a mum of two, I know first-hand how transformative pregnancy and birth can be, and I'm dedicated to supporting new mums as they navigate their fitness journey. Every mum deserves to feel strong, both physically and mentally, and I'm here to make that happen! MumFit by Hannah involves a range of exercises helping to strengthen the whole body, with a key focus on re-building the core. Some exercises will be more cardio based on our feet and some will be strength based on our mats (mats are provided). Your little ones can lie or play be your side, or you're welcome to hold them when they (or you!) need a cuddle.
