The Ruined Theatre presents

MUSICALS AT THE ABBEY

If you are a musical theatre lover, this open air concert is not to be missed. After last years SOLD OUT spring event the Ruined Theatre is excited to bring this special concert back to Lesnes Abbey.

This concert will take you on a journey through some of our most loved West End hits from Les Miserables to Wicked; performed by a selection of the West End’s most extraordinary talent who are coming together for this special fundraising event for The Ruined Theatre.

Our cast has over 100 years of experience between them and includes Changing Ends star Nancy Sullivan (credits include Eponine in Les Miserables, Eliza in My Fair Lady, Little Voice in Little Voice and many more), Baker Mukasa (Tina Turner, Standing At The Sky's Edge), and Mark Dugdale (Come From Away, We Will Rock You).

We invite you to bring a blanket & picnic and maybe even a bottle of wine to soak up the beautiful surroundings. Settle onto the grass in the historic 12th century ruins whilst hearing some of the best voices the West End has to offer in the open air.

This is a sit down open air concert, aimed at an adult audience and suitable for those 7 and over. Seating is on a first come first serve basis and we invite you to bring a blanket/fold up chair to sit on. Please note that no chairs/blankets are provided.

Running Time: 2 hours (including a 10 minute interval)

All proceeds from this event are going to the Ruined Theatre, a non profit organisation to help fund the theatre's activity in 2025.

The Ruined Theatre has been bringing theatre to Lesnes Abbey Ruins for the last 5years with the aim of enriching the lives of those living in Abbey Wood and the surrounding areas through theatre.
