An online learning course comprised of a minimum of 28 e-learning hours followed by an online multiple-choice exam. Both the e-learning and exam are on demand, meaning you can learn and attempt the assessment whenever and at a pace which is convenient to you. You have one resit attempt and 90 days from receipt of you joining instructions to complete the course. Two failed exam attempts mean you will have to repurchase the course again if you wish to gain the certificate. If you are successful, you can print your certificate straightaway.
