What do I need to bring?

Warm comfortable clothing suitable for Yoga. Sunglasses. Qi Gong will be outside weather permitting. Warm layers and warm outdoor coat and shoes. Water bottle. All yoga equipment is provided.

The event is located at Moonrise Studios, Strait Lane, Huby, Leeds LS17 0EA

Directions by car - Arrive in Huby via the A659 and turn up Strait Lane, go past Grosvenor Gardens on your left and Moonrise Studios is the second gate marked ‘The Stables’, on the left. You can also get the train to Weeton and the retreat is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the station.

You can park free anywhere on the road immediately outside the studios. There is plenty of parking.

What time is the day running from/to?

Arrival is at 10.15am for a 10.30am start. Ending at 4.45pm. There is the opportunity to leave earlier before goodbye circle time (see below) if people need to get home!
