Two teams—one comprising of young designers (Gen Z and Alpha) and the other team of Design leaders—will discuss how Gen Z are transforming work and what this change means for the workplace design.

Witness compelling arguments, real-world insights, and lively discussion as leaders and young designers discuss the future of design. Expect a dynamic exchange of ideas as we explore the future of design in a diverse generational workplace. WOD (Women in Office Design) is a global networking group for women in the office design industry.

A networking platform where members from around the world come together to discuss and share their perspectives and knowledge, and engage in a professional community that matters to them.

WOD was founded in May 2018 by Harsha Kotak, an interior designer with a vision to inspire and empower women working in all facets of the office design industry, from architects to saleswomen.
