A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and mindful experience. You will lie down comfortably and allow to be bathed in the vibrations of various healing instruments. Many different instruments will be used to create healing vibrations such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums.

Some benefits of a sound bath are:

Reduces stress and anxiety
Promotes deep relaxation
Improves sleep quality

Balances energy centers (chakras) in the body

Please bring along with you:

a yoga mat
a blanket
pillow
water
eye mask (optional)

Schedule

Please arrive at 4:50pm for a prompt 5:10pm start. The sound bath will last about 45-50 minutes and then we will have 15-20 minutes for integration.

Venue

The Place Bedford, Bradgate Road, Bedford, MK40 3DE.
There is plenty of free parking on site and there is bar on the ground floor that participants are welcome to relax and enjoy a beverage prior to the event.

Refund policy
Full refund no questions asked up until mid day Wednesday 23/04. After that it will depend if I can book someone else in your place.
