Experience the Joy of Kirtan with OmLife at Leicester Wellness Festival!

Join OMlife for a heart-opening Kirtan experience - a powerful, uplifting practice of call and response mantra meditation set to music. No experience needed - just bring yourself (and a mat if you’d like to sit comfortably)!

Kirtan is an ancient practice rooted in bhakti (devotional) yoga, where we sing mantras together in a rhythmic, soulful way. Whether you're chanting, clapping, or dancing, Kirtan is all about connection, joy, and letting go. The vibrations of the mantras help to calm the mind, uplift the spirit, and bring a deep sense of peace.

Expect a warm, welcoming space where you can fully immerse yourself in the music, whether you're sitting in quiet meditation or dancing with the energy of the moment!
