The workshop is most beneficial during the third trimester and allows plenty of time for practical tips and questions, giving you an in depth knowledge to support you on your breastfeeding journey and includes;

•Skin to Skin

•Tips to a successful breastfeeding journey

•Normal feeding patterns

•How to know your baby is getting enough milk

•Positioning and attachment

•Responsive feeding

• Safe sleeping

• Expressing

•Common breastfeeding problems and how to deal with them

Please book ONE ticket per couple & please cancel your ticket promptly if no longer required, so that someone else can take your space.

We recommend you aim to participate in these classes when you are around 32-34 weeks pregnant.

Each class will lasts approximately two hours

You will receive an email with Microsoft teams link a couple of days before the workshop.

The course aims to be an interactive space for you to ask questions and actively participate.
