Our print drop-in sessions will give you the opportunity to further develop your own projects at your own pace. This are self-led sessions where you are able to use our print studio. One of the Art Academy Print Associates will be supervising at all times, to offer support and advice.
Who can book Printmaking drop-in sessions?
To make sure you can safely use the facilities, if you are not an experienced printmaker, we request that you have completed at least one evening or weekend printmaking course with us.
What materials will you need?
You must purchase your own materials. Art Academy London provides tools, presses and etching sundries in the Print Studio and there is availability for you to purchase individual paper and plates (card payments only). You can choose to supply your own inks and extender or pay a service fee of £10 per session to access the available inks stocked by AAL.
Purchased tickets are non refundable and it is only possible to transfer booking from one event to another up to 7 days prior to the start of the booked event.
Please ensure you book your Print Open Access session at least 24 hours in advance. A minimum of two paid bookings is required for the session to run; if this threshold is not met, we may need to cancel the session with 24 hours' notice.
