PARKING

There is strictly no on-site parking. Parking tickets can be purchased for festival parking at Bedford Athletics Stadium on Barkers Lane, within walking distance of the event

IS THERE ANY PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKETS AVAILABLE?

If you would like to apply for a personal assistant ticket for Wheelchair or Ambulant Disabled Access. Proof of disability must be provided by emailing originalculturefestival@gmail.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOUGHT A TICKET AND CANNOT ATTEND?

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your friends have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET OFF?

No, you can download your ticket to your smartphone via the Eventbrite app. Signal in the area can be restricted when there are a lot of people around, please download your ticket in advance or print your ticket off if you feel this will allow for a smoother entrance to our festival.

CAN I BRING ALCOHOL WITH ME?

We have a zero-tolerance policy on any alcoholic liquids being brought onto our site. Our on-site bars and traders will be selling a wide selection of drinks from beers, ciders, spirits, and soft drinks and free water will be available. We allow customers to bring in an empty water bottle on entry

CAN I BRING FOOD WITH ME?

We have several vendors selling a variety of foods on the day, so food will not be permitted onsite.

DRUGS POLICY

We operate a ZERO DRUGS POLICY. We do not allow any drugs on our site, and anyone caught with illegal substances will be ejected from our site or even handed over to the local authorities.
