Party On The Pitch 2025

Everyone is welcome to POP25. Under 9's can join us free of charge but must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children of all ages need to remain under adult supervision at all times.

Well behaved dogs can attend but must be kept on a lead.

We have a strict policy that only alcohol purchased onsite can be consumed at the event. We hope locals understand this is a fund raising evnt that benefits us all.

We will consider refunds on a case by case basis until the end of May 2025, minus the Eventbrite fee per ticket. No refunds will be issued after the 1st June 2025 unless the event is cancelled by the event organisers.

There is no standard parking available at Party On The Pitch 2025, please be considerate of our neighbours and make alternative travel plans. We have reserved three car parking spaces for on a pre-book basis for blue badge holders only and these will need to be pre-booked 7 days before the event.

Much of the event will be contactless, please bear this in mind. There will only be a few options for cash payments on the day at areas such as stalls.
