Can I arrive later than my ticket time slot?

Yes! If you purchase a ticket for a specific time, you are welcome to arrive later than that time. The staggered entry times help us manage the flow of visitors and ensure the event doesn’t get too crowded. However, please note that arriving earlier

Are the ticket time slots limited to one hour?

No, the ticket time slots are simply for entry. Once you’re in, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the event for as long as you like.

Do the vendors accept cash or card?

Our vendors typically accept both cash and card payments. However, we recommend bringing both payment options to ensure you can shop without any issues.

How do I get my tickets?

You will receive an email with your ticket(s) from Eventbrite after your purchase. Please use this email to check in at the event. If you haven’t received your ticket(s) check the email address you used and look in your spam or junk folder. Message us via Eventbrite, and we can resend it to you.

Do I need to buy tickets online, or can I purchase them at the door?

Tickets at the door are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, especially during peak times. Many of our events sell out in advance, so we highly recommend booking your tickets online to secure your spot.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking is available at the venue, but spaces may be limited. We recommend car sharing or using public transport where possible. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for updates, as we sometimes post specific parking information closer to the event.
