*SILVER, GOLD, ARCTIC - OVER 16 as at December 31st of the current season,
* JEDI / NINJA / APPRENTICE - OVER 18 as at December 31st of the current season

If you enter as a Polar Bear but find the going tough and want to put on some extra clothing or shoes then you may swap into the equivalent Penguin Challenge level once the Challenge has started.
For Penguin Challenge there is no restriction on what you can wear .
If you want to challenge yourself by doing a longer distance as a penguin then a shorter dip as a Polar Bear then you may enter both events if you wish - Penguin entry form here https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/1121137836449
