A lovely and recharging childbirth-preparation class, run by an experienced doula, using relaxation and breathing techniques with postures that are adapted for pregnancy.

I'm pleased to offer ONLINE pregnancy yoga classes as a second practise for those already attending my in-person sessions. The online classes take place on Fridays at 11 am.
