Prosecco & Gin Festival (outdoor event)

Date: Saturday, 26th July 2025 Location: Dovecliff Hall Hotel, Staffordshire ⏰ Time: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM This is an outdoor event, so please dress appropriately for the weather.

We will have a huge variety of drinks available, including: Prosecco, Cava, Spumante, Pink Fizz, and Brut Gin and flavoured Gins Prosecco-based cocktails Draft lagers & bottled beers Soft drinks and Non alcoholic options. All drinks will be served from our pop-up bars throughout the event.

No outside food or drinks are permitted at the festival. Bag searches will be conducted on entry. A fantastic selection of street food, BBQ, and sweet treats will be available to purchase.

All bars operate on a token system (no cash payments at bars). Tokens can be purchased on-site using cash or card at the designated token station. Tokens can be exchanged for glasses of prosecco and wine, pint or bottle of beer, prosecco cocktail glass and non alcoholic options.

Yes! Enjoy live music throughout the event, plus a DJ as well as festival-style entertainment, including: Face glitter for adults & children Bouncy castle for all ages

Yes! Feel free to bring your own chair. Seating is only guaranteed for VIP ticket holders, but there will be some first-come-first-serve seating available.

Yes! All ages are welcome, and there will be entertainment for both adults and children. However, Challenge 25 will be in operation, so please bring valid ID if you wish to purchase alcohol.

This is an outdoor event, so please dress appropriately for the weather. The festival will go ahead rain or shine.

Limited onsite parking is available at Dovecliff Hall Hotel for all attendees. We recommend using a taxi or ride-sharing service for the best and most convenient transport option.

Tickets must be purchased in advance to guarantee entry. If tickets are still available, they may be sold on the day at a higher price.

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at the Dovecliff Prosecco & Gin Festival, with the exception of registered assistance dogs. As this is an outdoor event with food, drink, and live entertainment, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Thank you for your understanding!

Refund Policy: No refunds. All ticket sales are final. In the event of cancellation or if the event is not fully performed, a refund will be issued in accordance with Eventbrite’s refund policy. If the event is postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days, refunds will also be provided.
