Focus each week:
Wk 1- Jing Kung Training... Working with the bodies energetic motor is essential to simulate the bodies internal mechanism of vitality, the focus will be training Holding the One (Pelvic floor - perineum) & Guarding the One (Lower Dantien).
Wk 2 - Jing Kung/Chi Kung - Energy manipulation training and feeling your own energy.... During this wk you will learn ways to unblock stagnant Chi which restrict energy flow to important areas of the body and develop a connection with the electromagnetic energy fields within you and around you. Main Techniques practiced will be Bone Marrow Washing, Turning the Ball of light and different cleansing routines.
Wk 3 - Chi Gong - Internal cultivation while practicing meditational movements is all about maintaining central balance and equilibrium this offers us the opportunity to enter flow and achieving this in a certain mental state. Learn how to connect with this flow state and apply this to your everyday world, so we are learning to be like water or like a bamboo and willow tree steady and moveable but not uproot-able grounded and free moving.
Wk 4 - Shen Kung (Light Body Training).... During this wk we will be practising a very powerful technology used the enter a transcendental state called the Backflow method, we will cover every aspect of the technique which involves visualisation, breathing technique and a mental contemplation.
