Pupil Premium Conference

This event will be hosted by The Academy Improvement Team.

Our annual conference will unpick further what we mean by ‘Inclusive by Design’ ensuring that our curriculum, pedagogy and additional interventions ensure our most disadvantaged learners achieve strongly. There will opportunities to listen to best-practice from across the Trust. Time will also be dedicated to reviewing your current PP strategy and aligning with wider school strategies such as your AIP and HIP.

Desired outcomes:

· To deepen knowledge and understanding from relevant evidence-based research and how this applies to effective teaching and curriculum design.

· To gain tangible examples of effective practice from within the Trust

· To strategically plan your PP strategy

· To utilise new learning in action-planning next steps for implementation in your own setting.

· To collaborate and form strong relationships with colleagues within your hub, to network as a community.
