Join us for restorative sessions from June to August 2025. These sessions are guaranted to move you closer to feeling more rejuvenated, balanced and centred.

The sessions will introduce a range of breathwork techniques from the Taoist, Hindu and African teachings, coupled with gentle and yet invigorating movements to help improve energy levels, mental focus, circulation, brain fog and overall sense of calm.

Qi Cultivation/Energy Therapies are holistic, and they work to invigorate the meridian pathways in the body, infusing energy and creating the free-flow of vital power. Energy work has been known to help boost immunity, eliminate toxins, relax the muscles, strengthen ligaments, boost mental power, create a sense of peace and balance, address organ system imbalances, strengthen the nervous system and much, much more.

You will be gently guided through each session by Imani, a Holistic Health Coach and Mindfulness Teacher. Imani has been studying and practising Qi cultivation for 22 years and has now made it part of daily living for longevity and wellness.

Attendees who have attended Imani's classes shared that the classes have improved their general health and well-being, core strength, breathing, and your life-force energy as well as other health benefits.

She has been greatly influenced by the work of Ra Un Nefer Amen, Dr Napata and the Universal Healing Tao who are all experts in the field, and a qualified instructor in Wisdom Qi Gong and Cranial-Sacrum Qi Gong through the Universal Healing Tao International Centre.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

Please bring water and although there will be yoga mats available, you may want to bring your own (optional). Notepad and pen will be available for anyone who wants to reflect and pop down insight gleaned but writing is optional.

What do I need to wear?

You can wear loose joggers, leggings, pants and a loose top. You may get warm during the session as it helps improve qi and blood circulation so come with layers so you can adjust for comfort.

I am a beginner. Is the class suitable for me?

Yes, I am trained to adjust for all levels of ability. The exercises can also be adapted for a seated position should you have mobility issues.

I have mobility issues. Can I still benefit from the class?

Yes, absolutely. In fact, many attendees have reported back the increased flow of circulation, and increased mobility as a result of the classes. Try it out and see how it works for you.
